        The present research aims to analysis the relationship between the organizational intelligence and the goal_oriented organizational forgetfulness in the Higher Education Center of Ilam city. statistical population include official employees of Ilam's governmental organizations, and their educational degrees were bachelor's degree and higher. By using Kochran's formula sample size was determined as 380 persons. For data collection, two standardized questionnaires "organizational intelligence questionnaire" and "goal_oriented organizational forgetfulness questionnaire" were distributed among 390 employees. The collected data was analyzed by using software LISREL and SPSS. According to the researrch's findings, it could be concluded that there are the significant correlation between the dimensions of organizational intelligence (strategic conception, common fate, morale, knowledge usage, performance pressure, unity, and willingness to change) with the organizational forgetfulness in Ilam's Higher Education Center.         Design of an effective strategic plan in the level of national to regional, and from ministries to governmental organizations is one the most essential priorities in the realization of national policies and goals. In addition, Islam as the most complete religion, provide some values and tenets that could be used in the administration of the society and ruling based on them will lead to perfect felicity of humankind. Thus, in this research, the efforts were concentrated on the manner of influence of Islamic values and tenets and also achievements of human pure sapience on the various governmental plans. For this purpose a methodology was proposed for codification of governmental plans, so that Islamic values and tenets, and approaches based on knowledge and technology, will be used in a structured way in the design of directive elements (vision, mission, goals, qualitative and quantitative objectives) of a strategic plan. Furthermore, the proposed methodology was implemented in the design of directive elements of a strategic plan in the economic and social sector of government, and the results about the economic sector was reported in this paper.         In today's competitive world One of the essential requirements to enhance the efficiency and performance of small and medium enterprises,is creating new ideas, the mood and motivation for innovation , learning and knowledge based communications.         The present study examined the relationship between strategic thinking and emotional intelligence Gas Company of Ilam province. This research approach is descriptive - correlation of 66 questionnaires distributed among employees of the gas company has been made.         Growing older is affecting on the size and composition of the workforce that has an important role in economic growth .the Countries with low or declining fertility rates, facing with a very little or maybe decrease in labor supply. Reduce in the number of employees may have negative effects on economic growth and public welfare at the macro level. In the institutes' level, this object features itself in the different area such as increasing insurance costs, absence from a workplace, increasing wage costs and also at growing disjoins rate and losing knowledge. In this paper, we first survey the workforce composition trends in Iran. Then with surveying impacts of this object in Institute's performance with using logic of balanced scorecard model and drew the dynamic relation between structures and surveying the impacts of this changes and expresses a strategic overview at organization's human resources focused on composition of the workforce.         Market's condition is changeable and this condition force businesses to adopt themselves with new situation, technology and value propositions. In the today competitive environment, organizations try to imitate innovation from competitors, so innovation and continuous improvement is necessary for success of organizations, therefore strategic innovation is an important issue. Strategic innovation is about creation of new markets and leaps in customer value and reshaping the existing markets to achieve value improvements for customers. On the other hand, strategic entrepreneurship results from the integration of entrepreneurship and strategic management knowledge. Objective of strategic entrepreneurship is making continuous competitive advantages that lead to wealth creation. In this paper, first we introduce the concept of strategic innovation and strategic entrepreneurship, then explain the conceptual model of strategic entrepreneurship impact on strategic innovation. Statistical society of this research, is knowledge-based companies of Science and technology park of Boushehr.         Today, brand competitiveness is among those issues which has received much attention among researchers and scholars in economy and has been touched upon as a means to achieve desired economic growth and sustained development. In today’s world, the development of food industry market from one hand and increase in competitiveness among firms and customers’ expectations, on the other hand, have persuaded food companies to generate a strong brand in today’s competitive markets. The present research is aimed at studying and examining the effect of brand distinctiveness and performance on brand competitiveness through the mediating role of technological opportunism among super exporter firms of food industry products. Data gathering instrument was a standard questionnaire whose face validity for validity purpose and Cronbach alpha coefficient for its reliability were examined. This study is practical in aim and descriptive-survey in data gathering procedure. To test the research hypotheses and to confirm the conceptual model, structural equation modeling was used. The results show that brand distinctiveness and performance have a significant positive effect on brand competitiveness while technological opportunism has a mediating role in the above relationship.         Understanding the characteristics of an organization during different stages of its lifecycle help us make appropriate decisions at each stage in order for solving any problem. Employing the PAEI framework proposed by Adizes, and the system dynamics approach, we have analyzed the characteristics and behavior of an organization during the go-go and adolescence stages of its lifecycle. Moreover, using the system dynamics analysis approach, we have plotted the causal feedback loops and stock-and-flow diagrams of each stage of the organizational lifecycle. Then, the output of the simulations of 100 months of the go-go and adolescence stages of the organizational lifecycle performed in the VENSIM software are obtained .Finally appropriate strategies have been proposed for tackling the problems that the organization may face in each stage of its lifecycle. In order to analyse the data SPSS and Smart PLS software were used. The results showed that knowledge-based firms in Bushehr province in terms of strategic roles of human resources and capacity for innovation and other components are above average and have an acceptable situation. Other findings show that the strategic management of human resources has a positive impact on innovation capacity and the strategic management of human resources through organizational learning impact on innovation capacity as well as.         The purpose of this study was to Organizational Strategic Fitness of Sepah Bank: A Study in Branches of Shiraz city. In this descriptive-survey study, the statistical population of Shiraz Sepah Bank employees (including 692) was employed in 50 branches in Shiraz city. The first part was demographic information and the second part was a strategic fit questionnaire. The Strategic Approach Inventory includes 42 items in 3 dimensions of Strategic Response, Strategic Change and Strategic Success, whose validity and reliability were reviewed and approved. Data were analyzed using SPSS18 software, t-test, single-variable t-test, intra-group analysis of variance, benfronnial follow-up and combined variance analysis. The results showed that all dimensions of strategic fit of organization in Sepah bank branches of Shiraz were above average and lower than desirable levels (p=0.001). In terms of staff, the highest average was related to the strategic response (3.65) and the lowest mean for strategic success (3.50). The result of post hoc test showed that there is a significant difference between the mean strategic response and strategic success, but there is no difference between the other averages. There are significant differences in gender, educational qualification and work experience in evaluating the organizational dimensions of the organization based on demographic characteristics, but there is no difference between the viewpoint of managers and employees of Sepah Bank from the strategic alignment of the organization.         These days based on the feature and variety of cultural and educative organizations designing the knowledge management components in accordance with strategy are different and the main strategy of organization improves the synergy of organizational knowledge. Success of a cultural and educative organization relies on applying an appropriate pattern of knowledge management in ruling that organization. A variety of factors may affect designing the strategic pattern of knowledge management that noticing to them may be a key issue in designing successful pattern of knowledge management. The aim of this research is to identify the fundamental components of knowledge management in Tehran province’s prison organization that may have an effect on designing an appropriate strategic pattern of knowledge management in cultural and educative affairs. For identifying and extracting the aimed components the qualitative method is chosen based on the explorative nature and complexity of different dimensions of research. For gathering information from the society of this research that include cultural bosses, employees and prisoners of cultural affairs the deep interview is used. The experts are chosen by using purposeful sampling method and theory. Data analysis shows that after 19 interviews the categories reached to a theoretical saturation. Findings show that 20 components including explanation and dissemination of organizational culture, knowledge oriented strategy an policies, patterning, role of leadership, importance of human resource, appropriate infrastructure of technology and information, evaluation processes of role, organizational structure, experts’ network, assigning rewards and incentives, educational programs, cooperation and teamwork, difficulty in accessing knowledge, knowledge management architecture, reengineering, clarity, trust, systematic relationship with stakeholders, knowledge strategies, importance of recording saving and documentation of knowledge are identified. Conclusion: Designing strategic pattern of knowledge management in cultural and educative affairs of Tehran’s province prison organization may be successful in case the identified components find establishment and to be used in that organization concerned.         This research was conducted to study the effect of strategic choices and management control systems on organizational performance in small and medium-sized companies in Iran. In this article, contingency theory is used as the theoretical framework of the research. This is a quantitative study in terms of research type. The survey method has been used as a research strategy and data collection method. The main tool of data collection in the research is a standard questionnaire, which is adapted based on the questionnaire used in the research of Junkira et al. (2018). Smart pls software was used for data analysis. The results of the research show that more competitive forces cause the formation of the strategy chosen by organizations, however, contrary to what the theoretical foundations predict, those companies that operate in more competitive environments choose a cost leadership strategy instead of choosing a differentiation strategy. . The design and use of management control systems is influenced by the strategy chosen by the company. In addition, the use of contemporary management methods is associated with differentiation strategy. The choice of strategy and management control systems in the organization has a significant positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, those companies that combine the differentiation strategy with contemporary management practices perform better than the other companies studied. Manuscript profile
